“I’ve had to use a towing service twice in the past week, and after calling a couple of others I realized how fortunate I was that they were unable to help me, because Saul’s was EXCELLENT, in every regard – from the assistance on the phone during the initial call, the speed with which they arrived and especially the driver who helped me. And they both (the guy on the phone and the driver) looked for ways to help me minimize costs, or even avoid needing them at all (with tips and suggestions as to the cause of the car problem and a couple of ideas to get it started…). They may have the best customer service of any business which I hope to never have to use again!”
